Item (13) collecting marketing points from the e-marketing program

To get marketing points through the e-marketing program of the digital hotels, first: you must have a virtual room in one of our participants partners hotel in our system, and have your own digital hotel, but this does not entitle you to have marketing points until guests will be registration Through your hotel number, and also through the digital hotels for your guests and their guests after them, which are within your 30 hotel cities, Where you get fixed marketing points for every room that is opened in your digital hotel or in the hotels in the 30 hotel cities that you participate, and the marketing program calculates and places those earned marketing points in your digital hotel account on this site.

And You will be able to request your earned marketing points from this site, and you can exchange them for cash commissions and withdraw them from one of the e-banks available on this site, such as PayPal, or through the applications announced on this site, and You must go to your digital hotel account from withdraw profit section, and you must enter the value of the marketing points that you want to exchange and withdraw from your digital hotel account, provided that it is not less than 10 marketing points, and you must write your username on the e-bank or application that you have chosen, and the Hotels management will process your request and send the required marketing points as a cash commission to the e-bank or application that you have chosen, and The required marketing commission will be sent to the username that you wrote in the e-application form, and you will find a report showing the user name on this e-bank, the requested amount, the date of the request, and the status of your request, and the Digital Hotels management will send the required amount within a maximum of 7 working days

The Marketing commissions are not paid or sent in any foreign currency in the Arab Republic of Egypt (accordance to the decisions of the Central Bank of Egypt and accordance to the banking laws applied in the Arab Republic of Egypt). And the marketing commissions are paid and sent in the Egyptian pound to our clients inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the hotels management fixes the value of the marketing commission collected at the equivalent of 30 Egyptian pounds for every 1 marketing point, This value is dealt with on this site for customers inside the Arab Republic of Egypt only, and does not apply to our customers from outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.

And in case that there are any remaining or unpaid installment as a result of the purchase process in installments through this site, the hotels management has the right to suspend those marketing commissions due for a month , until this late installment is paid in full , and the hotels management has the right to deduct the payment of any late installment, from these marketing commissions, in exchange for any late or remaining payments, and in case that there are marketing commissions higher than the value of these unpaid installment payments, then the amount that will covers those late installment payments only will be suspended, And the terms, conditions, and policies in item No. 8 will be apply 

There will also be a specific ceiling for marketing points and commissions, as the ceiling for these marketing points and commissions is determined as a result of the advertising and marketing for your digital hotel ,and according to the number of guests that registered through your digital hotel number ,and the number of guests that registered in your 30 hotel cities, and the ceiling for marketing points and commissions is opened Without any limits when more than 7 guests are registered through your digital hotel number, according to the marketing points collected and available in your digital hotel account 

And if there are marketing points and commissions that exceed the marketing points and commission ceiling that specified and announced in the Business commitment schedule that shown in your digital hotel account, then those excess marketing points and commissions will be suspended in your digital hotel account, and you will be able to collect this marketing points and commissions when you Reaching the highest profit ceiling, which is determined through the (Business commitment schedule) which is shown up and annotated on this website and in your digital hotel account. 

And there is no committing from the digital hotels management to grant any guarantee to obtain the marketing points and commissions that  shown up (in the business commitment schedule), and the (business commitment schedule) is not considered a guarantee from the (site owners) or the digital hotels management to achieve the marketing points and commissions mentioned in it, as the digital hotels management is not Responsible for the non-commitment from any partner to work ,or delay in commitment to work, or non-commitment completely at all to work, and the (business commitment schedule) is considered as a guiding schedule only, so that each partner must commits by himself to determine the work that he will do, and which he determines for himself 

And The site owners and the Digital Hotels Management ,and e-banks that shown on this site is not responsible for the loss, or non-receipt of your collected marketing points and commissions that you requested from this site, or send them to any e-bank on this site, as a result for entering a wrong user name on the e-bank by mistake, or invalidity Or termination or suspension of your personal account on any e-bank that you have chosen, or an account that is not activated, unused, or not owned by the original account holder on these e-banks, or any other possible errors that may occur as a result of that from your part when you request those marketing points and commissions through Your own digital hotel account on this site, and the partner only is alone will responsible for those wrong data that may cause Loss of profits that are requested, or for any action that results from that, And the site owners and the digital hotels management and any e-bank on this site is not responsible for any financial damage that may occur to you as a result 

Also, the site owners and the digital hotels management and the e-banks that provide the collection services on this site, are not responsible for maintaining the security of your digital hotel account or the security of your account on any e-bank, in case that any other person access your digital hotel account, or have your digital hotel account password, Or your user name and account password of any e-bank, and you must keep the passwords secure and confidential, and you alone are responsible for maintaining them, and in case that you suspect that the security of your digital hotel account is not secured or has been hacked in any way, you must change your password immediately, And inform the digital hotels management about this , by sending an e-mail through technical support from the (Contact Us page) on this website, and the digital hotels management will immediately suspend any marketing points and commissions that have been requested through your digital hotel account, and the digital hotels management will make sure of the safety of your account and will check out the security of your account

And The site owners and the digital hotels management are not completely responsible for the marketing points and commissions that have been requested and have already been transferred from your digital hotel account from this site to any e-bank or application, as the limits of the validity of the site owners and the digital hotels management will end at this point, and in this case, You must inform the e-bank or application which you requested to receive your marketing points and commissions on it, and which the transfer was made to it, so that this e-bank or application can takes the required procedures from its part.

The Digital Hotels Management has put a specific system to commit to the rules and regulations of work, whereby each partner determines the work that he will do by himself without any interference from the digital hotels management, and the hotels management has put a guiding called (business commitment schedule) in order for each partner to determine what it is The maximum marketing points ceiling for each hotel, which is determined according to the number of the registered guests who will register through each hotel number for each partner, and each partner must abide by the rules and regulations of the work ,so that there is a real commitment to work from all partners that registered on this site, And the digital hotels management is not responsible for the non-commitment of any partner to work, or his delay in the work commitment, or the non-commitment to work at all

Item (20) Closing or suspending the digital hotels membership and the digital hotel account, or suspend it

If the partner wants to close his digital hotels membership and his digital hotel account at any time for any reason and want to get any marketing points in his digital hotel account , this partner must to send a written email to the technical support, which is shown on this website on the Contact Us page , to request closing the account, and after the request approving and the partner collect his marketing points from his hotel account and the hotel account was closed , then this partner will not be able to enter his hotel account again and the membership and partnership will be canceled, and if there any future marketing points In the partner hotel account after the partner request to close the hotel account and cancel the membership and the partnership, the partner will not be able to collect these marketing points,And the partner hotel account will returns to the hotels management

 

Item (21) Compensation for Damages
